Search smarter, find faster

Favlog lets you search the Web and your Favorites at the same time. Search as normal, get Google quality search results, save links that you like and have those links appear with the normal search results, assign keyword shortcuts to links that you visit often, and more…

  1. Search the Web and your Favorites at the same time

Most of the time you want to find new information, but sometimes you just want to re-find something you’ve found in the past. Favlog will give you both! Just add the links you come across to Favlog and they will start to appear with your search results.

  2. Personalised homepage

The links that you visit often are automatically available from your personal Favlog homepage.

  3. Skip redundant steps

Favlog also works as a “destination engine”. When you search and keep clicking the same links in the search results, you feel like it’s time to skip some redundant steps and save time. With shortcuts you can personalise searches so that you are taken directly to a website of your choosing instead of the search results – like a personalizable “I’m Feeling Lucky” function. When you search for ikea you will be taken directly to IKEA’s website, if this is what you wish.

  4. Search all websites from the same search box

Sometimes you want to find something on a website other than Google. Favlets let you search any other website directly from Favlog. When used with shortcuts you can search for ikea bookshelves and you will end up at IKEA’s search results for bookshelves. The choice is yours… w sweden goes to Wikipedia’s page about Sweden, yt funny searches YouTube for “funny”, and map goodwin tce burleigh heads australia goes to my street on Google Maps.

  5. Access your links anywhere

Favlog lets you to save your links once and access them from anywhere, anytime. It doesn’t matter if you’re at home, at work, out travelling, or visiting friends – Favlog is available anywhere with an Internet connection.

  6. Avoid having to organise

When you save links to Favlog you don’t have to organise them into folders/tags so that you can find them later – you simply search and Favlog will find them for you. Of course, if you want to, you can add tags, shortcuts, and notes about your links, but it’s not needed unless you choose to.
